Assessment Fees
Initial screening assessment and written support plan
Includes 45 min face-to-face time and 15 min non face-to-face time for analysis, planning and 30 min to write a support plan.

Assessment session
Includes 45 minutes face-to-face time for delivery of informal/formal evidence-based assessments and 15 minutes therapist time for analysis, planning and progress note keeping

Comprehensive assessment report
Includes time to write a detailed formal assessment report which outlines assessment results, recommendations and therapy goals. This report usually takes 3 hours to write after comprehensive assessment sessions. *Note: report will be charged $190 per hour, therefore costs can vary.

Standard Therapy Session
Includes 45 minutes therapy with the client face-to-face and 15 minutes non face-to-face time for planning, preparation, note keeping and communication time.

Short Therapy Session
Includes 30 minutes therapy session with the client face-to-face and 15 minutes non face-to-face time for planning, preparation, note keeping and communication time.

Progress report/NDIS plan review/brief report
Includes time to write a brief formal report which outlines progress from therapy sessions and new therapy goals. Usually written annually, at time of a NDIS plan review or at client request.

Resources, correspondence & meetings
Includes making resources for client to keep and use. Emails to other stakeholders and meetings over 15 minutes will be charged according to time spent at rate of $190 per hour.

Travel Fees
Amazing Words Speech Pathology will travel from the base at Hallett Cove to deliver services to your
designated location if it is within a 30 km travel distance. Travel fees will be charged for one way travel only at the rate of $3 per minute. Travel cost will be capped at 30 minutes of one-way travel.

Funding
Amazing Words Speech Pathology provides services to NDIS clients who are “self-managed” or “plan managed”.
Non NDIS clients may be able to claim benefits from Medicare or Private Health Insurance. Please see your GP or health insurance provider for further information.
